Melissa is the Advisor Manager at Resolve, and she joined the team with a passion to help others. With her background in medical billing, she’s intimately familiar with the challenges that patients face from overwhelming bills, and she loves utilizing her knowledge and experience to provide the best support. When she’s not working at Resolve, she loves spending time with her family, friends, and her Goldendoodle. She loves living in the “Sunshine State” that allows her family to enjoy many outdoor activities like hiking, biking, parks, and beaches. She also loves the simple joys of coffee, chocolate, donuts, and Disney.
