Jenna Risano is a Patient Advisor at Resolve, where she helps patients tackle medical bills with empathy, patience, and a dash of humor. Having seen loved ones struggle with confusing bills and overwhelming debt, she’s passionate about making the process easier and helping people get the support they deserve. Jenna holds a BA from the University of Tampa and an MFA from Rutgers University. When she’s not helping patients regain control of their healthcare finances, you can find her cheering on her favorite sports teams, exploring the outdoors, reading a good book, or hanging out with her dog in Tampa.
