As an Advocate at Resolve, Florellen enjoys providing compassionate customer service as she helps others tackle their medical bills. She believes that “there is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up.” When not working, Florellen spends her time with her family and visits their farm. She loves cooking and spends time accompanying her daughter to her taekwondo class.
