Damon Feldman is Chief Technology Officer at Resolve, bringing more than two decades of experience in healthcare technology, data, and digital transformation. His work has included leading data technology efforts supporting Healthcare.gov, as well as major transformation initiatives for four state Medicaid programs and two private health insurers. Damon holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and has spent much of his career applying advanced data and software technologies to complex healthcare challenges. At Resolve, he is particularly focused on the rapidly evolving potential of artificial intelligence to help patients navigate the healthcare system, get relief from high and unfair bills, and improve access to the financial assistance and care they need.
