Abegail Abanador

Abegail is an Advocate at Resolve with prior experience working in healthcare insurance, where she assisted healthcare professionals in processing prior authorizations, resolving claim denials, handling appeals, and determining the patient's eligibility for covered and non-covered benefits. She constantly strives to put herself in the shoes of the customer to deliver empathetic support throughout a difficult challenge. She decided to join Resolve because she and her family also experienced the struggles of an unaffordable medical debt. When she’s not working, Abegail enjoys spending time with her dogs, watching anime and movies, and cooking delicious desserts. She frequently visits the beach, and socializing with her friends is one of her favorite ways to decompress.
