A short phone video can help someone else feel hopeful and supported while they’re dealing with medical bills. Keep it general—no medical details needed.

What we’re asking for

A simple 30-second (or longer) video recorded on your phone, sharing whatever you’re comfortable discussing. If you want a guide, here are prompts to shape your story:

  • What led to the medical bill? A brief overview of what created the debt.
  • Did insurance make things harder? Denials, surprise bills, or unexpected out-of-network charges.
  • Were there billing errors or confusing charges?
  • Did you discover financial assistance or charity care? If yes, how did that unfold for you?
  • If you’re comfortable: the scale of the debt—how much you owed and what changed after Resolve stepped in.
You can also share the personal impact:
  • How the debt made you feel or the stress it created
  • How it affected you personally, professionally, or your family
  • What it meant to have support navigating the situation

Finally, we’d love to hear

  • Your experience working with Resolve
  • Whether you’d use Resolve again
  • Whether you’d recommend Resolve to someone facing overwhelming medical bills
  • If you’re comfortable: what Resolve saved you (dollars, percentage, or a general statement)
