Jef is an Advocate at Resolve and a Nurse by training. She has seen firsthand the struggle of people who cannot afford their medical bills, which made her eager to join Resolve. Jef is very passionate about helping people and believes that it is very important to show your passion and commitment in every way you can. Outside of work, she loves watching movies and taking care of her plants.
