Before joining Resolve as an Advocate, James worked as a healthcare specialist. During his time in customer service, he helped people understand how their insurance works because he knows firsthand how difficult it can be to pay hospital bills as he was once there when his daughter was born. When James is not at work, you can find him playing online games, video editing, and spending time with his family.
